Cinal and Taju's Fabulous Reception Decor

WOW WOW & WOW is all I can say when I saw Cinal and Taju's reception photo's a few months ago! My sister's friend was telling me about this wedding and I was so amazed with it that I thought I would share some photo's that were captured of this reception from the amazing Andrena Photography. She really does deserve a post of her own. Every time she posts something new to her blog, I feel like a 7 year old kid on Christmas morning. I also posted the other amazing vendors who helped put this wedding together at the bottom of this post.

Everything from the flowers to the lighting, to the color palette, to the crystals, to the lounge area, down to the seating arrangements are just breathtakingly beautiful!

Hope you Enjoy!
Aren't these Cakes divine!! They look like candles on glass cylinders and too perfect to eat!
Thanks to Paklinks and Andrena for the mind blowing photos

Cinderella's Fairytale Reception

Just had to share this girlie pink reception decor and cake! It makes me think of what Cinderella's reception would have looked like! I found the images on Details Details an event planning company who also has a fantastic blog. I love all the details of this wedding from the frilly chair coverings, the intricate design on the cake, the mini cake each individual guest received, and the rosette table cover for the cake table. Lets be honest I also just love anything PINK!

"The Starry Night"

A few months ago I saw a reception that was based off the Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh and I absolutely thought it was breathtaking. It actually made me think about the importance lighting really plays in an event to help accomplish the clarity of any idea or theme.

Lets face it, most banquets are pretty BLAH and lack personality. Professional lightening can transform any place from meek to sleek. It can make a room feel modern, trendy, vintage, dark or bright. Basically, almost any style you are aiming for can be brought to life with professional lighting.

So, I really do stress the the importance of good lighting at any event. So, make sure one of the first things you do is find a good event lighting company. You can also find many audio & visual (lighting) companies- so you can break two sticks with one stone.

The photo that started my whole thought process:
